Not just the Ann, even the WhitePaper is a Bad Google translation, it seems there is no bounty management here or this guy would be disqualified from translation, he is stealing stakes from true translators in this project
You are right. We have done our due diligence check and our verdict is that he is disqualify from the translation bounty campaign. We have been firm in our decision and he is receptive of the outcome.
I also do understand that there are some who take translation into their own hands and post their translation without official approval. We too have reached out to those and clarified with them.
Overall, I would like to thanks the community, especially the heart warming french section, for helping us to keep track.

Just to clarify more on what we have done to reach the conclusion.
- Get 3rd parties, within the forum and in real life, to check the quality of his work.
- Reports were given with evidents
- Check on the users who has raised this issue.
- Reach out to experienced translator and seek for their opinions.
- Get the affected user to lock the threads for further investigation.
- Someone else took the opportunities to claim the french translation without approval. Quality is also badly done and reach out to him to lock it as well.
- Discussion with the ICO team.
- Pass the verdict to the affected user.
