Guys, as far as I know the first round of the ICO was completed. Tell me, how much money was raised ? You have reached the softcap?

ICO was closed and a new sale period will be opening. Soft cap (USD 1.5 mill)was raised by private placement.
One of the team members shared the following info a couple days ago (it is in the previous page just in case):

The only way to revise the sale period with an ERC20 token, is to close the current sale and open a new sale. As we need to close the current sale we've decided to do this now.

Strange, as far as I know softcap is 5 000 000 $.  Probably the amount has been decided to reduce in connection with growth of the exchange rate.

Yes, the initial ICO softcap is $5mil and we fell short of that. Because of the smart contract, all invested eth is returned to their rightful owners and it gave the dev team to restructure the whole token metics.

As such, the dev has used the private placement specially for development of the platform and the softcap is lifted from the ICO.

Earlier on the site the team had data on the fees. Now there is no information, where can I find out?

Hi! What fees are you referring to, exactly?

If you mean for transactions with GLX (Globcoin's future cryptocurrenies) if you buy the utility token the GCP now, later you will be able to exchange fiat currencies for GLX and other currency baskets with 0% fee.

There is a "fee schedule" on page 16 of the whitepaper, but I'm not sure this is updated with the new tokenomics.

I do not understand why you had the dates extended. If you had enough money, why do it right?

Hi, as I understand it, GLOBCOIN decided that some improvements to the token sale were neccesary and the only way to modify the sale with a ERC20 token was to close the current period and open a new one.

Before, the sale was too short, especially taking into account the dip in the cryptocurrency market earlier this year.

There's a new token price more appropiate to ETH fluctuations, new hard cap, better KYC process and technical improvements.

Beyond the money, some changes were necessary for the best interests of investors.
