Don't send sepa transfer from bitcoin based platform like bitpanda to payoneer.

My sepa transfer from bitpand to payoneer EUR bank address got declined and they are saying they will return it to bitpanda which I don't think gonna credit to my account however  I will try to convince bitpanda to refund it to my account. Its small amount which I used to test whether it works or not but found that no it will not work.

If they don't refund you, it means that they will take the money for themselves just because the transaction failed? It make no sense. They are a reputable company, they are not going to do that. I also am sure, that they will credit your account. But thank you for warning and smart that you first tried with small amount. Did payoneer tell you the reason, why they declined your payment?

A reputable company like bitpanda for their name sake they would return the money no matter how small the transaction failed and its normal to reverse it to the owner and in this case you. But its all good that you tried with small amount rather than going all in and waiting for several days for transaction to go through after which its now rejected that alone could give a sleepless night.

I also expect bitpanda to have listed some of the service providers that does not have bitcoin compatibility instead of going all through this stress. Its high time another alternative is been sought and above all thank you for sharing so others won't try same thing.

No they have just send me this email without any explanation and suggest me to look at their TOS;

Thanks for the link, I will contact them for sure and they might also refund that amount.

If you check the User Agreement/TOS from Payoneer it is written that Payoneer is not accepting transactions related to digital currencies. It is included in their forbidden activities. I am pretty sure it is the reason they rejected the transfer.
Becarefull with them because once they terminate your account you won't be able to create a new one
