Auto translations based on default language selection?

I dont know if its possible, but is there a way to automatically translate forum postings into other languages?
perhaps the language could be set in your profile to auto translate the titles of all the posts, and then the posts itself if you were to read it?

there are several different languages on this site. I believe that it could be beneficial to bitcoin if users were not restricted to communication with people of the same language. this is about the flow of useful information, not about being lazy or bragging about knowing multiple languages.
