yup me too I am surprised bittrex send me an email saying it hit 8K USD and I am fastly checked it and it is true
I think the speculated price of 10 k USD will hit before these year ends.. How I wish that to happen bitcoin have gone so far amazing really amazing

For the past 2-3 days, the exchange rates are going up and down within the $7,500 - 8,000 range, with Bitcoin cash in the $1,000 - 1,500 range. The combined price of both BTC and BCH is roughly stable, at around $9,000 per coin. Another thing I have noticed is that when the BTC price is going up that of BCH is going down, and vice versa.

Looks like it's better to buy ETH now instead of bitcoin.
I would take the risk and wait until Saturday, curious what will happen tomorrow. It looks like scenario might be repeating and it might drop badly within hours like last time.

8000 USD is a big wall but I think If bitcoin reach 8500 usd, it can reach 10000 usd in beginning of 2018. Then, it may decrease again.

What I have noticed is that the value of bitcoin doesn't take a lot of time to go up or to go down even, as a matter of fact, bitcoin can reach $8500 or even more by the end of the day, and $10 000 by the end of the week. With this being said, bitcoin is the greatest cryptocurrency and will continue growing everyday. I agree with you and very aware that the market is so volatile but I am speculating that bitcoin will reach more than $15 000 by the end of this year, you will agree with me only if you believe in bitcoin.

Bitcoin is moving around $8000 at high level. This is very good achievement in a one year with Superb growth rate and it will be continue in next few years. Very possible and I strongly believed about that, looking the current price trends, Bitcoin's buying pressure is much more stronger now and many fresh new buyers are not hesitating to recover the so called 7k price 'dip', the same thing happens for 6k and 7k mark as well! Those holding bitcoins are seriously increasing and buyers are not leaving the market. As long the rallies continue, where a suddenly spike of price would certainly bring Bitcoin's price to another ATH on the right time.

Personally for me, it doesn't matter much. I am holding less than 1 BTC. Even now, if I sell all my coins I will receive around $5,000 in fiat cash, which is not enough for doing anything significant. I am waiting for 100K.

I don't care for the price at all. I just like to look at the drawings on the chart and see how it will show up in history lol

Bitcoin is becoming less affordable as price of it increases. I wish its value will drop once again so I can buy even a pinch of it. I really cannot believe that Bitcoin has reached this value. I thought it will only reach $8,000 by the end of the year. I would say Bitcoin reaching $10,000 by the end of this year is probably possible because of its current value.

I believe that is will reach $10k, but I am not sure bitcoin can do it by the end of this year but  $8000 is possible since we all saw bitcoin price rise up to almost $8k and it can possibly reach almost $8k again this year. All is possible and even if bitcoin price drops it will still increase again.

It looks like bitcoin will be hitting $8000 dollars before the end of the year or $8500 dollars something like that. It moves so fast even if it falls, it will surely regenerate and rise again so fast than the other crypto currencies. a couple of weeks ago it fall from $7500 back to $5400 and it come back so fast.

Two things to keep in mind, there will only ever be 21 million Bitcoin (actually less due to loss locked up or lost coins) and Wall Street investors are starting to take notice with traditional clearing houses such as the CME are getting involved.

So one of two things are likely to happen, either btc continues its trend and breaks $10k before year end, or it takes a slight correction over the holidays and resumes the trend shortly thereafter to hit 10k by the end of March.

bitcoin will definitely reach $ 8000 in 2017 and I do not think the bitcoin will reach $ 10,000. $ 9000 is probably the highest one
