So many of the biggest problems in my country, but poverty is the biggest problem in my country. Poverty is a situation where there is an inability to meet basic needs such as food, clothing, shelter, education, and health. Poverty can be caused by the scarcity of basic needs fulfillment, or the difficulty of access to education and employment. Poverty is a global problem. Some people understand this term subjective and comparative, while others see it in terms of moral and evaluative, and others understand it from an established scientific standpoint, etc.

I'm a Nigerian and sadly the biggest problem of my county are our corrupt leaders that refuse to leave power. They keep coming back all the time and refusing new people to rule. If u take them away, I think we will have a better Nigeria.

Nations torn by religious and ethnic divide tend to have corrupt leaders. As we have seen from the past, there have been frequent communal infighting in Nigeria. So the first priority for the voters is to get someone from their community elected, even if he is corrupt.

As per my thinking in my country Pakistan energy crisis and VIP culture is the biggest problem. If you are from my country then what do you think is the biggest problem and how can be overcome or remove this from our society.

What are necessary steps that one should take to eradicate the problems of their country.

If you want to eliminate vip, government regulations must also be synchronized with what is being run in the country, so if you want to eliminate the vip of government in the neighboring country it should also pay a large tax for the vip people, so that the citizen will eliminate the vip setatus .

The government officials and the bureaucrats tend to be corrupt in most of the third world nations. The situation is not different in my country (India) as well. Even punishments are ineffective, as the judiciary is also corrupt and side with the accused in many cases.

Biggest problems in my country is government, politicians and the system overall! It’s hard to get good job so you could   provide yourself and your family with wealth and better life. So a lot of our population leaves the country. It’s sad that nobody cares ,everyone from top is just thinking about themselves, growing they wallets bigger and wealthier. as other has pointed out the bigest problem in third world countries is the corrupted gouverment but i would like to point out that these gouverment reached the place where it is now with the help and involvement of outside authorities which need these goverment to keep the people occupied while stealing our naturel ressource

Even in my country, a lot of powerful people have become rich by stealing the natural resources (rock quarries, river sand.etc). But then, if we don't allow that, then no one will benefit out of it. The government is either too corrupt or incapable of exploiting these resources.

My country has a lot of problems, but the biggest of them all is corruption and the straggle for power. Corruption is known to be everywhere you find yourself, but that of my country is out of hand. There is corruption down to the one who takes the lowest salary on the government's payroll. Loans are constantly taken from Western countries and spent on projects that never exist. The cost of putting up a single project is budgeted to contain the amount that can construct four times the project. Promotions and employments are based on who you actually know but not your qualification. Before you get a job, then you political party must be on the seat of government. Loans secured to build social amenities for the poor people of my country starts reducing from the top till they get to the very core of where the project is supposed to be done. And when it really gets to the core, amount that could build five of such facilities is used to build just one, and nobody says anything about it. Unemployment is increasing high and social vices are growing as well. My country is a typical "shithole" country that Trump once talk about, and I agree with him 100%.

Things like shaking hands with kissing the hands of parents, this time is very rare, and now many children who do not obey to her parents, but in her childhood in the care of death and when adults even make her parents hurt.

Two-pronged solution:

1) Transparency in financial aspects of earth-given resources.  I'm not a 'commie', but it does seem fundamentally fair that certain non-renewable resources found in the environment should 'start out' being the property of society at large and some benefit should accrue to them.

2) 'progressive' tax based on how far away the 'extraction rights' owner(s) live.

3) Perhaps also a tax or fee levied on untapped resources for which extraction rights are held.  This would put resources back into a pool for negotiation.

The idea would be that a tangible entity (an identifiable local person) is 'to blame' if 'the people' are getting screwed out of 'their' birthright.  If I were the dictator, I'd look into severely changing how 'corporations' work and may outlaw them all together.

If in pakistan the biggest problem is related to energy. So in my country Indonesia the biggest problem is corruption. Corruption in Indonesia is rampant. Corruption here has robbed people's rights.

The only place I've seen utterly terrible air pollution due to 'traffic' was around the Chennai airport.  I think it was positively unhealthy.

Beijing was fine, but part of that may be due to banning 2-stroke vehicles, another part due to rains when I was there, and another part due to cleanup for the Olympics.

Tokyo was fine.  Ho Chi Minh city was not all that bad considering the number of scooters.  Bangalore same.  Certainly these areas are not totally clean and traffic related pollution probably does create health problems for some people over time, but I didn't consider it high on the lists of problems.
