Eventhough bitcoin is unstoppable, that is not the reason why you should not invest on altcoins. As i can remember bitcoin start from zero so as the other altcoins, meaning investing in altcoins is a good option to decide since it will most likely grow in time.

There are alt coins anyway that you can invest and if you think that btc is unstoppable then why not just invest on it? If you don't want those fork coins have a look at ETH, Monero and Zcash. These coins are reliable and good for profiting by just holding it like we what we used to do in bitcoin. Fork coins are also good for profiting but only by extracting your coins not by buying it.

There is a lot of interesting altcoin on the market at the moment and so many coming onto the market everyday. When investing in an altcoin always do your research an ask around about it. Often it takes time to find an ICO to invest in and no investment should be rushed, but you also want to get in at the right time. I believe altcoins have a future and always will.

This is not right. Altcoins are always preferred by the traders. Look NEO's price today. It made almost 40% pump today. Lots of people said it's already died for example.

It's all about being patient for your altcoins.

IOTA reached over 1% market cap of the total crypto space. I'm totally blown away by the amount of projects and features that are planned for IOTA. it is definitely to have at least altcoin on your trade and yes that was some reason why while bitcoin are in the down thing so better you have atleast altcoin because we know the pump and dump of market specially on bitcoin and in altcoin.

At this point, we can't certainly know which one have a marketable value in the market. Because all altcoins are dumping due the effect of bct price continuously soaring high. But then, we can still depend on some altcoins just like ETH, wich is had been tested for being profitable than other altcoins.

Bitcoin investments are worth it.
Altcoin investments are worth it -if you know where to look that is.

Yup, invest! Dont hold back. But do your due diligence and figure out what projects or tech behind each alt coins. Invest into what you bwlieve has potential for the coin to grow or net you a profit. Also you will need to decide if its short term gain or long term for you. Eventually each of the top listed coins will always gain in price, but questions is if you want to gamble for big profits or a steady slow growth.

Bitcoin is the investment that you should have in your portfolio. After you have enough Bitcoins, purchase Ethereum or NEM.

OF course, Atlcoins has future but not now, not this year but next year or next two years.
if you want to invest on Altcoins then choose top coins: Ethereum, Ripple, Waves, LiteCoin and so on.

Although most of the altcoins have really low prices now, I think in the future some of them can recover. In my opinion, yes, investing some altcoins still worth.

Price doesn't really matter, growth rate does. For example if price of an altcoin is $0,01 but it grows to $0,02 you basically double your investment, even though its price is still very low (it's the same as if you buy bitcoin for 8k and it becomes 16k).

Bitcoin is rising and probably will keep doing that till for the rest of its life. Yet its price changes seem huge to us because of the big price, they are not really high in percentage. For instance, if bitcoin gets from $7k to $8k people say 'go btc', 'btc to the moon' and stuff like that. If IOTA goes from 70 cents to 90 cents - nobody cares, even though in percentage of price change iota was more successful. Altcoins for a great market with lots of opportunities shot and long-term. Do your research and practice on trading and you'll succeed some day.

100% investing in alts will be worth it because currently we can see only the top of the iceberg - we can't the most of the scene. BTC's stable, but alts will grow seriously as well.

If you look at the share of bitcoin in the crypto currency market, you can see that it is steadily declining. Statistics are a versatile thing

I am more in favor of holding my bitcoins in the long term, and maybe I would only acquire some cryptos to trade them in the short term, always with the aim of obtaining good dividends and exchange them for bitcoins to increase my investment in BTC.

I think that over the years bitcoin has been the only crypto that has been able to resist all the challenges that have been appearing along the way, while hundreds of altcoins have appeared and disappeared without leaving a trace.
