You may want to remake the poll.

BMF is another of usagi's failures.  My fund is LTC-ATF.  Please don't associate me with BMF.

In all honesty this is a bad thread. I'm not running NYAN, I've liquidated all it's assets and shut it down, and promised to pay the rest back personally.

Heck given that I'd vote for deprived myself, simply because NYAN does not exist anymore.

But the other issue is that I don't really think a vote is necessary. What deprived runs is simply a completely different animal than what I want to run (BMF) and what I do run (TU.SILVER). There's not much point comparing the two.

In all honesty this is a bad thread. I'm not running NYAN, I've liquidated all it's assets and shut it down, and promised to pay the rest back personally.

When?

When I can. I've already repaid NYAN.A about 20% of what is owed. Should BMF list, it will go a long way towards this because NYAN owns around 1000 BMF shares (or so). Beyond that I am working on TU.SILVER and kongzi.ca which, should both become successful, easily allow me to repay NYAN.A. I have been working on this the entire time. For example I just recently (a few weeks ago) settled CPA's final obligation on it's contracts. Would you like to know who we paid? We finished paying out on a 1000+ BTC pirate default contract. Please don't make what is difficult for me to do harder than it needs to be. Should even one of our major creditors make good it would be trivial to repay NYAN.A.

So you have a decision to make EskimoBob. If you keep trying to troll and make all these ridiculous claims, it's just going to make it more and more difficult for me to scrape together the $100,000 US or so needed to repay NYAN.A. But if you give me a chance the way you were given a chance (especially considering our respective OTC ratings) you will see that the reason why I stuck around and have been making payments here is precisely because I am doing everything I can to make sure shareholders -- just like you -- get what they deserve.

All of Usagi's securities have a long track record of failure.

Go through and read a few of Usagi's posts and you can see that he has a tenuous grasp of finance.

Don't compare Deprived's listings to Usagi's.

I have already paid up for BMF. You probably don't know that because you're new here. Try lurking more.

Yeah, new here. Keep failing and costing people more money. Cant hear you over your debt.

What debt, Ian? This is the first clue you're clue-less Smiley I don't owe anyone ANYTHING. Get it straight. Go ahead and point out who I **OWE** and then we'll talk, chumpie. As for who owes me, you better keep in mind what you did and how much money you owe me.

Yawn. Tin foil for your hats run out? And as for your debt. You claimed you only payed 20% Nyan.A. So........ debt. Also, your arguments are invalid, switch to a diet of ramen noodles and fucking pay the fuck up. Bitch.

It makes much more sense to examine companies/actual operations. Including things like DMS.MINING does not make sense, as it's simply a derivative, much like DMS.SELLING.

CPA ran by Usagi? Blew up after insuring Pirate debt. Destroyed massive portion of shareholder value.

Nyana/b/c ran by Usagi? Blew up. Destroyed massive portion of shareholder value.

YARR ran by Usagi. A Pirate pass through. Pirate was clearly a ponzi operator promising 7% weekly, and Usagi jumped on the band wagon to make $$. This was "insured" by CPA.

BMF ran by Usagi? Most shares issued at .5-1.0, lets say average of .75. Now at .037 and has paid around .14 in dividends. This comes to a total return of around -76.4%.

Every "company" that has been "managed" by Usagi has been ran into the ground.

Usagi makes a habit to delete his old posts to try to cover his tracks. However, quotes in the threads still do an excellent job at exemplifying his numerous blunders:

Deleted Main Post: Should CPA close out and make a final dividend payment? (One of Usagi's post after CPA blows up.)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=114302.0

Deleted Main Post: [BMF] MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT INSIDE (One of Usagi's post after BMF blows up.)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=112734.0

Deleted Main Post: [CPA] -- We're here to awkwardly ask you for a dance.   (Usagi had a long original post talking about how insurance can stop bad things from happening....)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=96058.msg1058507#msg1058507

Deleted Main Post: [GLBSE] Bitcoin Mining Fund (see post #2 for FAQ) (Usagi deleted this original announcement post about BMF. I wonder why.....)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=81993.0

Deleted Main Post: My take on 7% a week (Usagi correctly illustrating how insane HYIP schemes are, despite creating the YARR pass through for Pirate Ponzi, and insuring it with his other company CPA)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=83589.msg921043#msg921043

Deleted Main Post: [GLBSE] CPA - No Dividends for the month of August, 2012 (A CPA thread. Dozens of quotes in the thread highlighting the ridiculousness that is Usagi.)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=85444.0

Here are two excellent links critiquing Usagi's "businesses" and his gross mismanagement:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=115284.msg1242951#msg1242951

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=113708.0

The list goes on and on......

It's shocking that he still tries to operate a variety of ventures and that people continue to invest in his failing securities. It takes no more than 10 minutes to realize that, historically, betting on Usagi is always the wrong side of the bet.

Here are some good tagline for when your current "ventures" lose all of their value and investment.

Usagi Investments - Why flush your money down the toilet when Usagi can do it for you?
Usagi! If he cant do it right, someone else can and probably already did.

or my all time favorite....

I'm Usagi and I will not shut the fuck up, keep my word, pay my debts of take the dick out of my ass and think that I will fix this.

Hey asshole...

NO ONE FUCKING CARES!

Pay the fuck up already. Stop posting. Stop living in denial. You represent only failure and the sooner you realize how much you just fucking suck at, well, pretty much everything, the sooner we dont have to hear your constant bitching, cries of "Im doing it!" but never a result.

Seriously. Find a bridge, and jump the fuck off. No one cares. There is no argument from you.

PAY
THE
FUCK
UP
YOU
PIECE
OF
SHIT
OR
STOP
BREATHING

Do not reply. Just fucking pay your debts. How fucking hard is that to understand?

Look up at Factory's lovely post. 08/12 missing dividend on CPA, Nyan.A is only at 1/5th repayment not and thats not even including Nyan.B or C. Are you saying that you are finished repaying your debt or are you just not getting it that you owe a SHIT TON OF FUCKING MONEY?!

Usual usagi crap.

Wants to compare his FUND to mainly PMBs and Bonds - not to other funds.  WHy not compare to actual FUNDs - as that's what you're running.

LTC-ATF (mine), BTCInvest (TF's) and MININGCO.ETF would be the obvious ones (the last one only invests in Mining stocks so is the most directly comparable).

Cherry-picking a list to compare to rather than picking the most similar competitors is hardly honest - but also hardly surprising.  Yes - LTC-ATF and BTCInvest don't just invest in mining - but then 3 of the ones in your list don't mine at all either (LTC-ATF.B1 which is a fixed-value bond, S.DICE and DMS.MINING - which is basically a pool bet designed to return capital to those betting).

You should take your own advice.

I've no idea who redrobin is and have never dealt with him at all - nor, by the looks of it have you.  Yet you've already:

Accused him of being Ian Bakewell - which you've now backed off from.
Accused him of being AmazingRando (you've now deleted the post in which you did it - as noone quoted it).
What next?  Maybe you should accuse him of being Pirate?

Not everyone who disagrees with you is a sock-puppet or second account of a scammer.  Some just think you're a lieing piece of shit who doesn't pay his debts.  Which seems to me a perfectly valid conclusion to arrive at on the available evidence.

What deprived runs is simply a completely different animal than what I want to run (BMF) and what I do run (TU.SILVER). There's not much point comparing the two.

That's the reason why you won't compare your fund to LTC-ATF - as it's apparently totally different.  But then you go ahead and try to compare to LTC-ATF-.B1 (which has a fixed face value) and DMS.MINING (which is explicitly designed so as to return capital over time) - at present apparently only comparing market price and ignoring dividends.  No doubt that will change if yours pays out dividends and loses value - if cherry-picking and comparing apples to oranges doesn't work you can always just change how you compare as well.

And of course yours starts off with NAV/U as a base whilst what you compare to starts off with market price - so in any comparison you get the benefit of the (almost inevitable) markup to NAV/U most securities trade at.
