Do the thing and you'll have the power.

If the second powersupply doesnt turn on when you use a tester then its busted and you gotta RMA it

This is what a tester looks like.

On the second psu something might be shorting it. PSu wont turn on if it detects an issue

Probably a bad PSU I had a similar issue once with the PCI-e connection on a modular PSU. If your using the cables that came with the PSU then it looks like you have to RMA it

You might have tries this, just to ensure, have you tried swapping PSUs?

If i swap PSU 2 whit the PSU1, PSU2 outllets work and PSU1 dont :S
.

i think probably Mobo send a signal to PSU to make outleets run.

If the 2nd PSU works fine when it's connected to a motherboard by itself, and you're only having problems with it when it's connected as a secondary unit to a mining rig — then you're probably connecting it the wrong way. Just need to figure out what it is you're doing wrong. For starters, I'd just ditch any sync devices and simply jumpstart the 2nd PSU by shorting the wires on the 24-pin connector.

Never heard of a problem like this. Never had a problem like this with my PSUs, although I only have experience with 3 CoolerMaster models (V750, V1000 and V1200 units, haven't had G-series ones). As far as I know motherboards aren't supposed to be sending any signals to PSUs and telling them to power up or power down sata connectors.

Try a different model PSU (corsair, evga etc.)
