I think it can reach $10,000 before the year closes. As I look over the value history, bitcoin value ascended at a normal of 25% every month which if happen could specifically reach on the $10,000. All things considered, with the present cost at $8,000 despite the fact that market expert says it is in resistance level, it cannot be dragged down underneath $7,000. Given the reality, I'm with you about the taxation rules, however most organization are racing to exploit the present cost.

Rather than making a prediction of what bitcoin price would be in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, I can say with confidence that prospects of bitcoin growth are very high. I don’t know if Bitcoin will reach 500k USD by 2020 but by 2030 it may not seem that impossible.

My reasons are two fold. The prospects of Bitcoin growth are very high. The value of USD will go down drastically in next 10 years or so. Both these things put together 1 BTC = 500k USD is pretty much possible in a decade.

I do not think like you bitcoin just stopped $ 8000 - $ 8500 because nobody knows if anything happened. If there is event hard fork of bitcoin continue , I do not know how much it will increase.

if i see in bittrex, bitcoin have a good potential to increase more than $8,500 and we still have a time to see the price is increase because at least we have one month to see the price will hit more than $8,500 and maybe the price will reach $9,000-$10,000. but we need to stay alert to see the correction price that will come after bitcoin reach one higher price and if the price is down then i think we can see that there is many people will get ready to buy more bitcoin and we should buy too if we have money. bitcoin price could jump into higher price in any second and we need to stay in the market so when the time is come, we can ready to sell our bitcoin.

I think it's too high. The 12,000$ price is too difficult to achieve and the most rational figure I currently think is in the 10,000$ price range. This is the price that can soon be achieved, we've seen that bitcoin price has now reached 8,300$ and this has become the starting gate to reach the next record.

I just guessed and hoped the bitcoin price could reach $ 8500 or more.
because if bitcoins have such a high price, we will all get a lot of benefits. and surely investors will arrive. and our income will increase.

Personally i expect a massive hike in Price in december, may be 10,000$ will be easily achieved.
Going ahead to Mid 2018 i expect a great pull in speculation as well as price, Mid 2018 can see a crash, but it is just an speculation not from Straddle team but from myself as a support.

The speculation about btc price are done every time and sometimes they are correct and sometime not.The predictions related to this year price are near about $10k. But some want a dip so they can buy more at nearly $6000 or below which does not seems possible. The price can be around $8600 because of reports stating crypto heast of a company. Let's wait for it and see what happens.

I had hopes that it was going to reach $10,000 before the year ends but the recent setback with the canceled fork which made the value drops very significantly was very bad for bitcoins and it has taken a while before it could recover, had it not been for that the value would have been around $9000 by now which in my opinion will be the end value by then time the year ends.

again an end of year and predictions. i remember when the price was about 1000$ (excactly 968$) and,in the mid of 2016, it was to difficult to talk about the price of BTC that will rise to 1000$. So it happend. For me with no doubt, end of year prediction would easily rise up to 10000$. and yet, i have no any BTC in my wallet.
