does anybody know an alternative to cavirtex? I've always used them but recently they changed their cash deposit procedures and they now require some kind of verification for cash deposits
I'm looking for a site that accepts cash deposits (in person @ the bank) without verification

I am looking at doing the same and am not really a fan of the process required to deposit funds on cavirtex. Though I may have no choice...

yeah I used to use cavirtex as well.. it sucks they require verification now.. oh well hopefully canadianbitcoins works out for me |

cavirtex also not responding to emails, ...maybe the calgary flooding disaster has them closed until things get repaired etc.

damn, I just realized CanadianBitcoins only accepts cash at their office in Ottawa.
Does anybody know a site that allows in-person cash deposits at the bank?
EDIT: oh I missed this announcement...

It seems every site that used to accept cash deposits through their bank accounts got their bank account canned and don't accept them anymore.  If you want, you can try Localbitcoins to see if someone is offering Bitcoins for cash in your area. |
