Hi,
Recently, VISA and Mastercard blocked transactions for bitcoin debit cards outside EU, and I really need to find a card that supports it outside Europe.
I've heard about Bitplastic, but it seems to be offline right now.
Any options/suggestions would be much appreciated.
Wirex has some new card where it can be used outside of the EU. However you do need to confirm your identity before you can actually use their services. If you are willing to do this, then there is really endless options. I'm fairly sure that cryptopay and xapo has working cards right now as well. It's really up to you to do the research and pick the one that is the best for yourself, though.

Wirex, Xapo and Cryptopay stopped working outside EU, I have their confirmation by e-mail, that's why I did this post, after reading and searching for the matter. Currently only Uquid has confirmed that they are still working outside EU, still waiting WageCan response and looking for another options.

sadly both Mastercard and Visa have this restriction in place tried to look for options myself, looks like the "competition" between them too is just a ruse to avoid monopoly charges,in reality its one and same institution once one of them does something, aka banning non EU residents from using cards, the other one does same a few days later

Most of these providers have cards which work outside of EU, actually they work wherever VISA is accepted. The problem is that you cannot get verified unless you re in EU. Somebody correct me if I wrong, I m in EU so have not had this issue.

I'm currently using shakepay.co They accept my registration even though I'm not from EU, so I guess it is safe to say they're accepting members outside EU. As usual, non verified member has their own limits with verified member got their limit lifted. Oh, and your first virtual card is free. Do mind that Shakepay itself is in Beta, so use with caution

My example: I have an Advanced Cash with non european address and they checked my address and will block my card card by the end on this month.

You can check in the bitpay, cryptopay, spectrum and xapo are the best options to purchase the bitcoin debit cards and these assumes legit options to have a cards. Please check the link below with the list contains the various bitcoin debit card options. https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@bitcoinshirtz/a-full-list-of-bitcoin-debit-cards-for-2017

Unless you want to verify your account at later date to receive higher limit, otherwise you will be fine. Other provider who accepts members from outside EU is Spectro, although verifying your account is a must once you have registered.

You can try https://wagecan.com/, they are very expensive but it seems they are only alternative that can work worldwide. Also depositing money in that card is not instant, just use localbitcoins like peer to peer trading platform if you really need to cashout your bitcoin.
