Why isn't this person tagged? Multiple scam accusations

Hello everyone, I was looking across currency exchange and came along this thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2361888. It was currently locked and was a bit confused why so. Then I remembered this person's name "Danos" from somewhere, I think he had a scam accusation somewhere.

Doing a quick search I found these scam accusations.

Seem's like there is concrete evidence there, why isn't user tagged?

If he want's to use escrow, why lock the thread? I know. All these scam accusations are about Danos making a fake monbux email and pretending to him, then sending his victim an email from that account, then running with funds.

Sadly you and everyone around which is blind can't see we are fighting a scam team which trying to abuse the trust system and spreading fake information.
Im not tagged because i contacted every single MOD or STAFF on this forum with PROOF based arguments how every single report against me is fake and made by alt of scammers i catch early.

Also, 2 wrongs don't make a right. His feedback states that there are multiple open scam accusations against you, which isn't wrong.

"Theory" is something based in things you wish to be true with not proof based facts.
"Evidences" is something based in valid proofs with "Theory".
When you have "Theory" proof based, you call it "Evidence"

Your bets are based on "theory" without proof. And he already looks bad by ignoring the evidences against the scamming group here and supporting them.
I don't need proof such as similar writing styles, the most strong proof i have is that he's ignoring evidences against proven scammers which makes him no better than them.
All those "open scam accusations" were redirected to mods (i can prove that with my inbox/outbox messages) and none of them are valid otherwise i would be tagged.
Based on your logic, i can open scam accusation against the user and just edit my negative trust on his profile.
Because i have strong proofs how he judge people by ignoring evidences, protect proven scammers, and fight the person who start war against them but not the scammers itself.
As you can see the proofs above, most of the reports against me are not proof based, with fake emails which not even exist, also including fake edited PM which were redirected to Laura.
If you want me to open thread against the person above which i posted negative trust and edit my negative trust based on the thread im going to open, let me know, i don't mind.

Who you call it privately? I'm posting all the PMs i exchange on the reports and here also. If i wanted to keep them "privately" i would never post the pms anywhere.
They are public, and for those which i didn't post, just request, i will make them public Why didin't i state the proof in the scam accusations ? Actually yes i did, but seems like you didn't want to spend the time to check out. I posted ALL evidences on the scam accusations against every single scamming member fighting me.
Laura also received proof of how some of my PM's were edited to be used against me.
As someone who got nothing to lose or hide, you can request anything you wish, and i will be more than happy to provide you the requested if i can.
I never used VPN only my Home IP to visit the website, i never deleted any PM since my registration here.
So everything is available if you like to see any pm or chat exchanged between me or anyone here.
Also my email on the profile were never changed, that's the only email i have and its not even close to gmail.
That's the same and only email i got connected to my skype also.
Feel free to ask me, im more than willing to prove im the one fighting the scammers.
And im happy that im not alone because last few days i receive many pms about victims of those guys with good mood that im trying to fight them.

Well if the accusations about someone has been proven with enough evidence stated underlying that it contains validated, accurate information to someone and suddenly put them blacklisted let us say that there is one is really innocent but being fabricated with all the accusations falsified enough to make the accusation against seems so true meaning he/she will be punished by a crimes but he did not committed. Well Lauda received full proofs how this scamming groups faking PM's and everything against me which was already proven.
The funny part is, no one care about them and their activity, but you guys trying to do something against me.
All of you are more than welcome to research me or search anything about me,but please, when you end, at least the people i reported.
Maybe someday someone of you wasting time to check the people who catching them, will finally check valid reports against the scammers around.
Its funny how even after month of valid report against them, no DT member or member with high trust didn't tag them.

However, as a member of the forum and reading from the discussion I came to see that you rather will attack anyone that say something on the topic. Which you just did to me with even a threat.
