I have put in a refund request as well (just yesterday).
I figure it will be awhile before they process it.

I had given myself a deadline of the first week of July for Batch2 to complete and Batch3 to start. It was hard to pull the trigger on creating the refund ticket, as I believe the Avalon is a great product.

Well... I closed out my refund request.
I guess I got cold feet and want to keep my options open. If I see action one way or the other then I will be able to make a more informed decision.
Its rough not knowing where they are with Batch 2 and if chips and trade-ins will be shipping first.

As others who already raised a refund request still not received their BTC, it is useless to raise refund request now. Let's just sit down and see the progress.

Well we now know the chips are ready thanks to the pictures BTCGarden has posted whilst giving a dig at Bitsyncom. Then there is the post about massive hashrate jump with Avalon supposedly mining with customer hardware again. So looks like Batch 3 is ready too... Which ships first, or do they ship together??

My employer looks like they are going to close their business, and I tried to change the delivery address but received no response. I really wanted to buy the miner, and was really looking forward to it, but just hit some bad luck
