Not sure if it is worth submitting a ticket to ask a question... so I will ask what you guys think.
Do you think Yifu will only allow refunding part of an order?
I am tempted to try to reduce my order to a single machine.
Assuming refunds are being honored, I would guess is it will be all or nothing.

if it is batch 3 go for full refund. |

Refund request made yesterday the 25th of June. (3Months after payment)
Order paid March 25th.
Order number in the Mid 6000`s
No response as of yet.

I would probably take another unit or 2 if the order can be changed so the Avalon is sent directly.
I don't believe were allowed to change the shipping address, although there is an option in the store to change the shipping address. I wonder if they already have the addresses put aside or if they ship to the address in the store. It sure would be nice if yifu looked at this thread and let us know. |

Day 8 on the refund request and no response from BitSyncom.
Day 2 for me, I even messaged Bitsyncom on the forums regarding this, lets hope they look into this and start refunding. |

I wonder if they are about to ship batch 3 and it is causing the refunds to be delayed until they sort out which ones they need to pull (wishful thinking).

Given that they didn't respond to trade-in requests for months, it seems like they wait until they have all of the requests in before responding to anything. Maybe this is the case with refunds too, that they are waiting until a certain date before processing them. Just speculating. |

I successfully updated my shipping address a few days ago, I've moved house. Change your address on your account and send them a ticket to confirm  |

was wondering how long it'd take people to notice ( and more importantly share the constant that we've released on github.) the number you are all aiming for is 450  of course, that's not really possible on just air cooling. Avalon chips can be overclock max too 450  With proper (water)cooling there is a chance to get better ROI, what are you guys think about this? |

I think I've reached the limits of my current power setup with these Amp vampires so I am tempted to sell my batch 3 unit. Anyone here in Canada that may want to take over my spot. If you can offer me a little bit over the pre-order price I'd be happy.

Yes you can, but when you look to your order you have your old address, that you have in account when you place the order.
