am i being too paranoid when i feel having to share our social media in order to take part in some of the bounty programs is a bit too much exposure, i mean our cover in this forum feels pseudonymous. for instance it is easier to trace our online presence. or is that a necessary risk?

yea, it looks like a threat to our privacy world.
but i think we can avoid this as much as possible by differentiating our personal social media account from business or bounty social media account as you may call it

Yap, me too. I only used my twitter account to join bounty because i'm not active in twitter and i just started to use my twitter again for that.

Well, there is no other way to participate a social media campaign, they must to check your account before to decide to join you or not. Yes, it may seem a little bit dangerous, but believe me, there is nothing to scare, people can't hack your page if you have good password and do not use it in public places.

Vast.
In computer security world, u can learn endlessly and still beign hacked. Its very unlike'ly but possible.
Try firewall, try antyvirus, but best practice is just to be cautious.
