they don't pay me but the BTCtalk guy yeah, i think he makes good money off of it. plus if you get in a bind you can sell him your account and he'll resell it to a newb.

if you check out http://newbiejail.org they claim to have a script that will unlock your account. don't know of anyone who's tried it. that's the thing about this place its really hard to tell whose real and whose fake. i vouch for btctalk though. he gave me a .5 loan once. really nice guy

The only rule I am aware of is that you can prevent trolls from posting in your threads If you declare that to be so in the original post.  But that doesn't matter much with the new self moderating option.  Right TradeFortress?

Organic free trade... though not necessarily fair trade,

The market will need to organically develop its own policies & people will vote with their bitcoins as to which community guidelines are the best. For right now there are relatively no rules being enforced by the top bitcoin websites as their is no widespread call for such.

Buying of accounts seems dirty to me too but you know every person has his own morals.

Just to be clear, I am not against anyone doing this. But I prefer not to work with lazy, dishonest people. I also saw you were buying established accounts for resale. It would surprise me if none of your customers were scammers.
Not that you should be held accountable for their actions. You are not doing anything wrong, IMO.

That's what I'm thinking! Shoot, I guess I should start working up a few alt accounts and sell them after a few months.

I respectfully disagree. There is a widespread call for strictly enforced rules on scamming and alt accounts. the problem is that money, or in this case bitcoin, talks and the big wigs with the money want the system how it is, because it allows their fraudulent success models to prevail. most of us with very little bitcoin are in the minority by default, because the hand that feeds the forum/bitcoin economy is fundamentally juxtaposed against us.
