I think I should start with the fact that I wanted to participate in the bounty of the company dmarket, I personally have no pritenzy to their ICO. They have a great team and a great idea.

Earlier I saw on the forum that one of the managers was generous for this ICO. But, apparently, they were no longer relevant. I decided to contact technical support and find out if there will be other awards.
I was told that they do not have generosity, and that they have only one thread on the bitcointalk forum. The screenshot below shows correspondence with technical support.

And these are links to fake bounty, I suspect that in this way they created phishing. Since the pre-ico dmarket was successful.

Hello there! Thanks for pointing that out. It is true that we do not have a bounty program. We're going to report a user that created those topics as well as threads.

Thanks,

DMarket Team

Thanks,

DMarket Team

I'm having a hard time understanding where a scam took place. If you didn't hire Edwardard and you didn't pay for the campaigns, then it looks like you got free advertisement. Clearly someone paid for the campaign, otherwise the bounty hunters would have complained. And you can check the threads/signatures/content -- they were advertising DMarket, linking your official sites and mediums.

It's hard to believe you were unaware that such a high profile campaign was happening, especially because it was happening during your token sale. What a bizarre thread...

Frankly, I don't buy this either for the reasons ^^^ mentioned, plus Edwardard from what I've seen is a pretty decent campaign manager.  Not that trusted people on bitcointalk never scam or turn rogue, because they do, but this whole thing doesn't make a lot of sense.  What's needed here is for Edwardard himself to come and present his side of the story.  He's been running campaigns now for quite a while and is a name that everyone mentions when they list trusted campaign managers.  I'd really, really hate to see another good person here go to the dark side.

And yeah, how could dmarket not have noticed that there was a campaign in their name being run--that makes about ZERO sense to me.

I think there is a misconception around here because from the look of things, it seems the person answering Op is someone who does not have idea about the campaign or he is just coming in and not duly briefed on what has been done so far. If he been in the know or maybe his explanation was not clear to OP. He would have explained to Op that 'Oh we had a campaign but it has ended. The ones available now is for those who wants to develop or something like that''.

Of the managers we here, Edward is one good dude that does not even go beyond his capacity of 30 members or so. And if Dmarket didn't sanction the campaign, how did he get money to pay the participants and himself because to the best of my knowledge, nobody opened a scam accusation thread concerning the manager that he/she was not paid for participating in the campaign.

Point out where the scam happens for me, please.
Edwardard ran a campaign that paid what it promised to pay, right?
The signatures used in the campaign were linking to the official website, right?
Who lost anything due to the campaign, what damage was caused to whom?

I'm sure I have incomplete information, as usual, but I do believe that the accusation here is that Edwardard ran a campaign that wasn't sanctioned by DMarket and that some of the signature code (?) contained malicious code.  Does that about sum up this bizarre accusation?  And as of right now I haven't seen good evidence that Edwardard did anything wrong.  Just an accusation by a noob, although dmarket's post here lends some weight--but I'm not convinced.

And hey, you didn't get Legendary this week either!  We're probably both going to be in the 1030 club.

I do believe that the accusation here is that Edwardard ran a campaign that wasn't sanctioned by DMarket and that some of the signature code (?) contained malicious code.
I've checked the signature code, unless altered later (or unless I did miss something), the links seem to be genuine and leading to the correct sites.
If the whole basis of this accusation is that Edwardard ran a successful campaign advertising DMarket that wasn't sanctioned or funded by DMarket,
then I don't see any scam happening here, especially not from the side of Edwardard (the hidden runner, the one who hired them could have disclosed they aren't running an official campaign).
I see this similar to eg me hiring aTriz to advertise my affiliate link for CoinBase via a signature campaign. Everyone gets paid and the campaign completes.
Would this make either me or aTriz a scammer? I don't think so.

Well I read everything here and for me there was no scam. Edwardard is a honest campaign manager and this is the first scam accusation I've seen against him so far. The only thing I can think that he made here was to run a bounty without sanction by the team. Maybe he wanted to create experience for new jobs and did that for free. If it's the reason so it makes sense for me.

He did no such thing, all of this is laughable really. I get the feeling there is some miscommunication going on here. The Op seems to have jumped into conclusions based on a reply he got from D_market. Could it be that D_market replied thinking the op was asking about current campaigns?

There is zero sense in the accusation. On the web, people overuse the word scam. You can be called a scammer for nothing, like to not reply to an email after 10 minutes
Edward managed a campaign and paid each participant as he does every time, so I don't see where is the scam. It's not like if the participants weren't paid for something deserved.
Since he is not some kind of charity organization, I don't think he was giving money from his own pocket, so he has been funded by someone.

Do you think this user deserves negative trust?

Edwardard doesn't deserves a negative trust.
Because he managed the sig. campaign and at the end he paid all participants. No one so far accused him for not getting paid.

Your thread doesn't belongs to scam accusations, it is more likely an investigations case. And does it even makes any sense overall?

But I am wondering, who paid for the sig. campaign without dmarket awareness and why?  Roll Eyes

Does it even make any sense ? Lol.

Exactly! I am under the impression that the guy who posted this was someone Edwardad have rejected in one of his campaigns. Everything else that I would like to say were already said by my folks above there. Anyway, personally - I haven't got any problems with Edwardard everytime I am in his campaigns. This thread should be closed down already, what do you think?

Yes the word 'scam' is deluded by forums and reddit, heavily.
