Definitely not the best experience, i remember 2 years ago, when i first entered in crypto currency trading pairs, i lost a lot but i learned how to controlled my fears and feelings. Moving on, i realized that experience taught me how to be a good investor, and a trader, being said, i carefully the market value, the community support and the graphical situation of a certain pairs. Of course, its normal to lose something but it serves as a lesson of what not to do when trading a commodity or a stocks or a currency.

My experience so far in trading has been skeptical so far, sometimes it's pays to hold when sometimes u should sell on-time.  There has been a time I sold in an hurry to make money but in the long run I regretted I couldn't wait enough to gain more because the value later increases while there has been time I waited too long and in the long run I lost. So the bottom line is to understand the market to know when to hold or sale.

I do prefer the buy and hold strategy though and buy on dips.
Well in a bull market most people make money on trading I guess. If coins are going up like upwards of 1,000ish % a year then it is almost hard to not make money.
