Holding on to your BTC will be the best thing to do buddy. You don't have to sell your coins when BTC reaches its ATH.
Have you thought what you would do if you sell the coins now and BTC reaches $8500 . Not all the peak prices are to fall down.
If it were so then BTC would not have reached this far. The $10k target is to to be achieved and many more targets as well. Its you who should decide whether this much profit is enough for you or not.

It depends upon how much bitcoin u hold and since how long u r holding. If u are just a new investor then it is just start of long time hold to get much profit but if u r old and have enough amount of bitcoin holding from years, then jt is good to sell some of them to but something

$8000 is a very high value, so the people who have bought their BTC's before 1 or 2 months will get huge profits by selling their coins now so if you have decided to sell your coins then there is nothing wrong in that.But as an investor , I want the price to rise more so I will sell some part of my BTC's now because in case if the price starts dropping then I should not have any regret that I have not earned any profit from this rise and I will hold rest of my BTC's and sell them later at more higher price.

Bitcoins should not be sold at this time as Bitcoin prices may still rise and may reach $ 10,000 this year. You should sell Bitcoin when you really need money and should save Bitcoin as much as possible because getting 1BTC is really difficult.

actually it depends on your needs, if you feel you still have enough money to go through hidaup I suggest you to continue to hold your bitcoin. I have a hunch that bitcoin will keep going up.

If you sell now, it make buy you a nice present for Christmas. But I'm not sure whether you will regret that tiny present you bought when you could have dreamed for a bigger one.
Nevertheless, it is your choice to sell or keep.

Sell it dude, we need some corrections this week because the price went all time high again. Honestly I am looking for a perfect entry price since I sold some of my coins a couple of Sundays ago due to panic. Sometimes taking profit is healthy for you, so people like me could buy and wait for my target price and then sell... then it's your turn again. |

Yeah. Don't sell yet. There are more pumps coming. I remember reading about once bitcoin breaks $8.o5o it will continuously go higher. I've been observing the charts and I think it's true. Better hold tight. There might be corrections but nothing can stop bitcoin from soaring. Since that we have seen how it can break 8k let us wait for more.

Only if you intend to invest it somewhere else, like Aeon. But if you want to sell it to buy something for your girlfriend, like a bottle of perfume or a pair of red, lacey panties then no. Keep the Bitcoin. |

I think BTC will not reach to $10,000 suddenly. It may move between $7,000 and $9,500 for couple of times before $10k. Depending on bad news it may even see below $6,500. You may make more profit by selling and buying it again in the right time than just keeping it. I would sell for around $8,200 to buy it again for around $7,500, for extra 10% profit. BTC keeps raising. The important thing is the speed of upward movement. Sometimes it raises faster. If it raises faster than before, I expect a drop or stopping the upward movement for a while. It moved to $8k a bit faster than its usual speed. For me, $8,000-8,400 is a good level to sell to buy it again for a lower price.
This is not an investment advise, is my personal thoughts.

If you are just trying to be safe what I would suggest you to do is to identify first the source of your coin if you bought your coin using your fiat what you can do is sell part of your inventory that is equivalent to your initial investment and keep the profit that you have in bitcoin. By doing this you still have a chance to earn more at the same time you are already safe in case the price dropped. |
