We simply need a banking system to exchange cryptocurrency for fiat. Fiat is required for work with contractors. I doubt you'll find a bank that will buy crypto for fiat. I guess you meant you need crypto exchanges to trade for fiat, and then transfer fiat to bank(s)? Do you have crypto-friendly bank for this purpose? Why not to pay contractors in crypto? |

I think that investing in gold mining is very beneficial because it will be relevant even after 10 years
