If there are large investors, why do you need to attract a wide audience? You can explain your position.
It is hard to attract huge amount of money, e.g. €5000000, for a startup in 5 shots €1mln each, because the bigger the investment is, the lower risks should be. One can speak about stable ratio of risk amount vs maximum amount single investor from the pool wishes to allocate. We intend to attract major investors after start of production during the pre IPO phase. |
