I see that you a lot of expertise in Mining in general but I dont see any IT devs or blockchain experts in your team.  Who is going to be in charge of all of the stuff with establishing the token?

Tokens that won't be sold will expire the 31st of March, 2018 23:59 via "not requested" procedure in the smart contract. The total amount of tokens issued is already fixed at 3'000'000 GEA and there is no way to add to them. After the end of ICO the amount will probably become smaller due to nonrequested tokens, but it would still be easily monitored online via etherscan.
