Basically you get one activity for every post you make up to a maximum of 14 for a two week period. You will become a Junior Member once your activity reaches 30.

In addition to the forum related benefits (like longer signatures), you may be able to enroll in paid signature campaigns if your rank gets high enough and your posts are of sufficient quality.

Just keep posting at least 1 post every day and you will build your account over time.

My guess is that "activity" can improve the level of your account
