Guy, for withdrawal BCP to wallet on the exchange, please check it because maybe you transferred wrong address which is BTC instead of BCP. If you did wrong that, our BCPs cannot get back because it's kept in Blockchain's management which we cannot interfere to help you. Please check it carefully. For withdrawal BTC, it needs a little bit transaction fee, please try it again with smaller amount. Thanks, guy! |
