I'm guessing you are mining the wrong algorithm because currently only mining through the wallet is supported and there is no way to determine your hashrate.

Windows not specific. sync if ok ? acces console. tape : getmininginfo | result lign : "generate": true
tape: setgenerate true "1,2,3,.." choose from your processor

check result after 48-72h :p
