Our life is so precious then  do not waste it, by maintaining a healthy and orderly diet, although we are a lot of money but we can not enjoy it, it's useless. Other than that set aside some of our income to sign up at health insurance for us, to be able to guarantee our funding when we are sick.

and undervalued by everyone most of the time. Life is precious
are Health is so fragile, as we grow old we become weaker and are prone

This is true that health is wealth, it's expensive to be sick so you might be always to be haelthy 'coz how can you enjoy your investment or hodlings if you're sick. So better to be conscious to your health, always take care your human body

Good health, however, contribute to the emotional well-being and happiness of a person. Happiness is priceless and not dependent upon the wealth of a person. Even with limited income, a person with sound health can lead a happy and enjoyable life.

The same thing happened to my rich friend and his family. They were rich then his father got badly ill, having to pay so much in the hospital, cost them everything just because they did not take care of their health. So I say, never ignore those signs. You can always earn money but you'll never be able to take back your health.
