Currently the issue is that the average person cannot invest in large loans - because it requires deep pockets; also the ability to exit from a loan, as a lender, is very difficult and expensive - all the fees are earned by the bankers and exchanges. Our aim is to democratize this space, using blockchain's advantages. Why would you make an exchange for fractions of assets?
