If your concern is related with the altcoins, there could be a simple solution, you can put all the access key in to a deposit bank at a local bank, and in it you can put some instructions like who gets haw many and so on. It is an idea.

you don't have to prepare for your death , you must prepare first the distribution of your all assets to one of each member of your family , to be able to get those of your all assets when you die. Make a last will testaments for them if you want them to get all your properties , money and everything you have now. Because death will occur in no time and it will happens anytime.

Call a lawyer and make last will of testament and distribute your properties including your alts along with its password/key and then sign it. when you die the lawyer can do the job himself or if you can't do that, your government will appoint an administrator so make sure your passwords/keys/ accounts should be place where your family can easily find it.
