I can vouch for Hhampuz from actual BTC experience and he's definitely trustworthy. I've not used Krog's services yet, but I have known him quite a while and believe him to be just as trustworthy as anybody else on this list.

Is Yogg on here yet??  If not he should be, he acts as my EU escrow for my sales thread.

For now I'm the only Russian/Ukrainian speaking escrow which offers to make a deal using multisig for BTC and also for ETH (I made two manuals for newbies Electrum multisig and GNOSIS multisig).

I've not used his services, but I do know he is very active in the Russian XMR community and is one of the founders of https://xmr.ru , a very popular and well-made Russian Monero forum/site.

I've also conversed with him several times over the years on some XMR issues and he's helped me out on a few technical issues here and there.   

I don't know, but I think it's good to have escrows from all over - God knows I've needed one here or there for different reasons when others are not available, especially for different regions.
