Missing payouts from xmr.suprnova.cc ~3 xmr

I've been mining for a while on xmr.suprnova.cc and just noticed about every 5th payout fails.

Like the other threads I've tried contacting ocminer via email and PM with no response. Don't want to put him on blast but he's sitting on about $450 of my money right now.

Been a member since about 2012. Don't post much or login for privacy reasons but looks like this is becoming a recurring issue.

It shows confirmed on the pools side but don't list a TX#. Also not getting a response from email. For me manual payout worked fine but seems the auto payout is having issues. If anyone knows ocminer or someone from Suprnova can you point him this thread. Thanks

That's the exact problem I'm having.

I've been around since 2013 but my old account was locked after the 2015 hack and I don't care enough to try to get it back.

So my 3 XMR plus your 2, and another 0.6 that I've learned of from a different member now totals $900+ that has conveniently disappeared.

Anyone else mining on xmr.suprnova.cc for any period of time, check your payouts, bet you will find some missing XMR also.

I haven't got any response back from my email and I assume you have not either. I'm also mining Zencash there but all the payments are fine so it seems it might just be related to XMR. I pulled all my rigs off XMR at suprnova and point them over at minexmr until they can get this straightened out. Overall I like suprnova but the support system need improving.
