i do not think so is new ICOs promise, right now. most ico projects will be an advantage a few months and after that will be forgotten, so far I only take advantage for the short term only, when the price Token was good

I will ask a question of legitimacy, I will ask if the ICO already has a working product, team and exoerience in their area of catchment! I will slso ask about legality of what they are doing and ask if they are complying with any known law!

I would ask the obvious questions - I would ask when they plan to live, I would ask about the project and want to learn more details as regards its soft/hard caps and token value. I would ask about the team and about their experience, having a rough idea of their potential will make me know if they are capable of making a successful ICO.

I would ask about the board of members because they will be the backbone of the ICO, all the support and maintenance will be on them.

What questions would you like to ask to a new ICO announcement to know if its promising or not? Please help for beginners. They wont answer you since the things being commonly asked are already on their whitepaper or announcement threads. Some devs or owners would bother to answer you out but majority would directly speak that you must read up the whitepaper or the roadmap. As an ICO investors if you do have questions on mind then its not bad to ask but if its already being written and can be answer by yourself then i guess its not really necessary for you to ask basic things about the ICO if its already listed.

i will ask if they will have PRE-ICO or just ICO and ask about token sales. i will ask about the value of the tokens. i will ask questions regarding the whitepaper and roadmap ofcourse. i will ask if they have a demo for that ICO, or an application for it. i will ask about the team of that ICO and their experience on that project and if any other projects, and their background.

I usualy ask questions about the project and its sphere. I know that with all this ICO hype it is usually the last thing you should look at while buying tokens but I'm still looking for the projects that won't just have a successfull ICO but will also make a good quality project. Such strategy is obviously naive because I'm not paying a bit attention on the tokensale stuff.

Ask them what their purpose is. And how they make their projects successful. Many have now come to the ICOs and it's really hard to know whether this is a scam or not. See also who their advisor is and the most you should know is who its developers are. Because of this you will know immediately whether a ICO scam or not if the developer has displayed his face to the public. Just look at it right now because sometimes they just look for another photo. It's hard to trust now especially in decentralized cryptocurrencies.

How can I believe that they are showing real legal documents? I mean what's the process to verify that? Do you have any example?

It depends on what the campaign offers but in general it is important to ask if it already has a working product, how the are going to earn on it. You also need to check the team members coz it is the base of the project. When the project is supported by big affluent companies you have more guarantees that it is not a scam. Usually White Paper covers all necessary information, so take time to scrutinize WP and ask questions if smth unclear.

Red Puise project. There is potential for development. The project will trade in quality and proven information about the world's largest economy - China. For the money will provide the necessary information, expert evaluation, economic and analytical statistics. All in one place. I'm going to invest in this project.

Many ICOs are just a money rack up without the idea of Blockchain Real world improvement

Suggested questions would be:
1. How much will tokens sell for? 2. How many tokens will be sold during PRE-ICO or ICO? 3. What is the soft/hard cap? 4. Any information about the team or board of members? 5. Where can i find the Whitepaper for the ICO to answer most of these questions perhaps?
These are questions one my ask.

I think the first question for ICO is that What will you do to get your target? The method of the project is the most important, I think. If they have a good method, the percent of success will high.
