IOTA grows through the chur quickly and most likely someone is artificially inflating it, a very not plausible growth. ETH is a good thing only with the seals now the trouble and they showed themselves badly, I'm afraid that the price can go down.

First question is wich exchanges are better for this? I was thinking to split this 150$ on Livecoin, HitBtc, Cryptopia and Yobit. The reason is because the have a lot of markets. What do you think, is a good idea?

I think you should not share your funds with some exchangers because it will only make your funds smaller, and I suggest you to use bittrex. Good luck.

you want make 1000 dollars with only 150$ and you want playung short term. its seems imposible in my opinion. hard to invest and find the right coin to buy and sell time by time. you. might lose instead of gaining. my opinio you should invest for long term and its really possible to gain around 500$

In my opinion use maximum 2 exchange so trading activity not to become complicated, and Bittrex and Kucoin is good exchange in my opinion. In Bittrex verification of account  should be done before make deposit or trading there because they only enable processing withdraw when its done, but In Kucoin no need verification ID. Trade buy low sell high is more promising profit than arbitrage and learn about technical analysis and risk management will help to get consistent profit.

I won't suggest to do trading if your capital are too low, because with high cost when deposit and withdraw fees it not worth it. Else, nowadays price of some coins going volatile so much, it would be better if you put to invest in 1 or 3 coins and hodl for some month's then selling it.
