It's hard to sort out this problem. It's probably not clear where you're from, or where you use bitcoin, in some small countries. You can use bitcoin in exchange for chips.

Is Bitcoin gambling is legal?
It depends on country that you are in, If your country declared online gambling of any type of currency as legal meaning that it is more likely that Bitcoin gambling is also legal. If any type of gambling is illegal in your country then automatically Bitcoin gambling is illegal too but it is not a problem because you can still gamble on sites running in other countries that don't require giving your identity that makes it hard for authorities to trace them. Bitcoin itself also gives its owner anonymity. Personally I don't care anymore if it is legal or not, I've stopped gambling because it's so addictive and it's not profitable unless you do it as a hobby.

Gambling is legal or not depends on the country you are living in. Online gambling takes place in every country whether it is legal or not. If it’s illegal in public then people gamble within their homes. Countries like Australia, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Swiitzerland allows online gambling under strict regulations. Many small countries like The Isle of Man, Gibraltar, and Costa Rica offer licensing for bitcoin casinos. Bitcoin gambling will be legal or illegal depens on how law of that country treats the cryptocurrency.

Several countries gives consideration to gambling with all forms of legal rights. When it comes to gambling with bitcoin, more legal formalities were must to be fulfilled. Majority of the gambling service renders were found legitimate fulfilling all the necessity. Most of the time what I look while using the gambling website is the trust it has gained as well the legitimacy in the real time settlement.

Is Bitcoin gambling is legal?
In my country all things related to gambling are illegal. it's all because my country has a strong religious system so anything related to gambling is a prohibited act. but some countries do legalize the gambling, maybe if there is a regulation then the country like taiwan and macau can be a comfortable place for gamblers. It will also apply to Bitcoin gambling, all games are just the same and that distinguishes only the media money we use.

Silly question. Bitcoin buying and selling is gambling.
Well, i think it depends on every country's policy weather how they treat the bitcoin legal or illegal. The best thing in bitcoin gambling is they used gambling word for to earned points a satoshi coin. Because people having with a masters in gambling games they are people who are probably pre- earners in that category of bitcoin.

Betting is illegal in countries such as Israel, Taiwan, China, Thailand and quite a few others. Legal but regulated in most western countries.
Now, if the question is betting in Bitcoin is legal, I would say yes but only in a few countries like Malta. Please be aware that there is a law void when Bitcoin is concerned, so not legal does not necessarily means illegal.
I am happy with your explanation. I just found out that there are countries that legalized gambling and even gambling with bitcoin. Thank you sir.. your explanation adds my insight !!. Thanks for the information. Have a good day

Is Bitcoin gambling is legal?
I think bitcoin is a powerful tool in the online gambling sector. But it depends on the country if how they treat it legal or illegal. maybe the other site is gambling illegal because they don't have a ID for their players or members.

Many countries have not claimed bitcoin itself to be legal or illegal and they are neutral regarding bitcoin. In such countries gambling with it depends on gambling in general with FIAT, if that is legal bitcoin gambling is legal too. If in such countries FIAT gambling is illegal so should be considered bitcoin gambling. Bitcoin gambling has an advantage as the governments where have made FIAT gambling illegal do not know much about bitcoin so you can continue to gamble with bitcoin in these countries freely without being threatened by authorities.

it is legal and illegal depending on the country. it is illegal in countries that have banned the use of bitcoin even if gambling is legal in the country and also its illegal in countries that does not allow gambling. bitcoin gambling can be also considered legal in country that does allow sport gambling as far as the law does not mention that bitcoin is not to be used. besides there are some bookmaker that accept BTC but still implement KYC verification as required by the gambbling regulation body in that country

Depends on the country/jurisdiction I guess. If gambling is illegal, gambling with anything is going to be illegal, doesn't matter whether it is bitcoin or fiat.
also depends a lot on how the legislation pertaining to gambling is written i would guess. i would guess to say that most legislation involves defining gambling as something that takes place involving currency (currency being the big key word here); here in japan, pachinko venues are fairly common. common enough that i can probably see about 10 of them going 30 minutes down the highway. however, the legislation on gambling from the japanese government forbids gambling establishments where money is exchanged directly; this leads to the system the pachinko parlors use involving 'tokens' that can be 'sold' for an equivalent value. its in a fairly gray legal area, but it's enough to allow those pachinko parlors to continue existing.

Why shouldn't it be legal? Online gambling is very much legal and bitcoin gambling is just an upgraded and easier form of it which uses bitcoin instead of fiat. If you're not prosecuted for online gambling then bitcoin gambling shouldn't have any problems
