Bitcoin is not more important. Bitcoin ist just much famous and valuable. Technically Ethereum ist much better. Its not just Currency, its allready a plattform where you can create projects. ANd the transaction are much faster. So i would say ethereum is much important for the future of cryptocurrencies.
