Now it's worth investing in bitcoin. Perhaps not too much money to look at his further behavior. However, before the December fork, it should grow in price, so it is better to buy it now for 8,200 dollars, than in a month or two before the choice to buy it for 9000-10000 dollars, or not.

Is bitcoin still a good investment for newbies? Is it worth to pay almost $8200 for 1 BTC today?

Not sure how to answer this with certainty. Anyhow, Bitcoin has been a great investment. Investing now might be a little scary but we are not that aware on where Bitcoin will be in the future. Buying at 8200 is worth the shot if it will be on 10,000 after several months up to a year. However, we do not know how Bitcoin will behave in the future so we cannot give you a guaranteed answer.
Definitely for me yes, because bitcoin value now are crawling to increase their value in the market, much better if you invest more higher amount in bitcoin, because this crypto currency is the most fastest coin to increase in the crypto community. That's why I'm looking forward for the good price of bitcoin for these coming years.

I know it's hard to believe but I earn a lot of bitcoin when I invest last May 2017, because that time bitcoin value are around $2000 to $3000, so my investment will become doubled and hopefully to be tripled before end of the year. If the bitcoin value reach $9000 I was withdraw my capital to invest it into the other businesses.

You should really only be buying bitcoin if you are going to use it. More people holding it are buying it to make money and for Fear Of Missing Out(FOMO). Buying something based on emotions is not logical and you should not invest in things if you are emotional about it, because you will lose money.

bitcoins fundamentals are there for being used. The whole point of bitcoin is to use it and get away from endless fiat money printing that devalues fiat currencies. Please, dont just buy it to hold.

I'm pretty sure Bitcoin is gonna definitely reach $10k and even more. So you can easily buy BTC at the current price and sell it later for higher.

Every people will give you different answer because they have different thought.
In my opinion, bitcoin can worth more than that price. if newbie better just buy small amount first and understand everything about bitcoin then you can invest more.

If you want to invest your money, tou can choose BTC because it is stable for many years.
But if you just want to make some quick money - you should better try your luck with some ICO, or mine some altcoins using your equipment

I had exactly the same doubts when one bitcoin was worth 1000 and didn't buy more and now I regret. I am not saying that there will not be deep dive Smiley

Everybody must decide for himself.

This a personally decision that individuals should make about investing. With the predictions of bitcoin hitting 10000 at 2018 it could be a smart deal in investing  before it appreciate more than what it is now.

I don't think this is big amount for the bitcoin  and I don't know why you are making this question , can you go in the past ?
Here I you can go in the past of the bitcoin then surely you will become positive to have the big bitcoin price and you will realise that what the bitcoin is and what was in the past.
When I entered in the bitcoin in 2013 then its price was about 250-300$/btc , I was thinking that it is big amount for one btc , but today is what the condition I can see and also can understand what is the hardwork I needed to make 1 btc , Because at that time to make 1 btc was easy but in this time it is really a big task for us to make one btc .
And also if you can go in the very starting then you can understand well.that how much pain the people got in Thier heart to buy bitcoin when bitcoin was useless for them and was not easy for them to spend money for that thing which have no existence and no value and no one knows that thing .
So here conditions are big thing , here bitcoin demand is big condition and also you should follow this condition Because in the incoming time the price will be more then $10k/btc then you will aware that price of btc for 10000$= 1btc is good or not .

I think hard to predict the right movement of bitcoin price. So difficult also say if its worth for newbie or not.
All we just try is buying how much that we can afford.
So when its not worth, we are not so stress.

try that perspective ... if you have a time-machine and you could come back to 2010 ... but once you're there you are not be able to remember the future you came from ... would you buy bitcoin for $10 dollars ?

the most important thing then would be ...how much bitcoin can oscillate so you can make profit from your entry point ...

Even at these prices, Bitcoin is under-priced, IMO. So I would advice everyone (including the noobs) to purchase at least some coins, if they can afford the risk. The future prospects looks bright, with Japan legalizing the crypto-currency and CME adding BTC futures to its list of trading pairs. I think that investing in BTC is more attractive than investing in equities or bullion as of now.

If you can, you might as well. Take the gamble. Put it in paper wallets and come back in 5 years time. It wont be worth less than 8k.

I think it would be very expensive, because Bitcoin is now very high and no ordinary person can invest in it, because they need the money also. If you are a newbie you should rather earn them.

Participate in signature campaigns you will sometimes earn Bitcoins.

After one year Bitcoin will be cost maybe 15000 $ or more so ask yourself: Is it worth to pay $15000 for 1 BTC? Why I didn't buy it one year ago!
