How are you sending MtGoxUSD when the codes were discontinued?

Issuance of new codes has been discontinued by Mt. Gox.    Redemption of an existing code is stlll possible using the Funding Options -> Add Funds.   Though these things are bearer codes, and the buyer might want to use extra caution (e.g., request an escrow, or employ some other trust / protection.)
