1. You can increase HPower also by real mining, although the progress is slow
2. I'm assuming is randomly chosen. Chance equals mission level * 0.25%. So a level 1 mission gives you a 0.25% chance of finding a referral, while a level 8 mission gives a 2% chance.
Obs, don't get your hopes too high regarding referrals. You must be very lucky to get active referrals. For example: only 1 of the 8 referrals I have is active. 2 have done a few credits, while the other 5 are completely useless.

That new bitraffic add is super annoying, covering a huge part of the screen on mobile, and the x is very small. With the page reloading after every mission start and claim I have to close this add every time I do anything on the page. Super annoying!

It's strange on my side it works like a charm. Can you try again or even close your navigator and restart it to see if it's not a session issue?
