So, I urge all crypto community to require the teams to get real first results before ICO. Maximum, at an early stage, projects without a working product, but with serious intentions can hold only PRE-ICO, requesting small amounts (up to $500000, depending on the concept and scope of the project), and in the case of a successful PRE-ICO, the projects must definitely have a working product with real users and good traction before the subsequent ICO (if it necessary). I think this approach is correct for the majority of projects, but I don't exclude the existence of exceptions, of course.

It is enough to support pacifiers, becoming increasingly stupid investors and contributors And by the way, I would also added DAOstack, Bitnation, Dether, FOAM and some others to the projects that you mentioned. These are strong projects, with already fully or partially operating products that are really in demand.
