I think Bitcoin is now a risky investment. Within the last hour, the price has fallen more than almost 1000 dollars. This is so crazy!

I suggest you investigate Ethereum.

Now what should i do as a newbie and howto get bitcoin BTC ?
Welcome to the bitcoin, you can start with buying the bitcoin now if you have funds, if you're not have it i suggest you can go with join the airdrop / bounty but with your rank now it's hard to join them. But just patience for 1 month to reach jr.member rank then you can join with them.

As a newbie, many get their coins through free means like faucets and airdrops; however, the amount you can actually get is not as much as before. Another means you can get bitcoin is through ICOs, you can join campaigns and projects where you can be awarded with coins upon doing some tasks. The more advanced one is through trading and investing.

At first, you can join to Bounty campaign and get some money. Then you can try to invest in a some ICO. If the ICO is successful, you will receive money too. At the same time read all information about bitcoin, altcoin, etc.

I'm Hoeda From Indonesian. I just tried to join today.
First I saw the enthusiasm of my friends in the village who had already mined bitcoin. About 3 years ago, my friend once invited me to join him.
but I refused, because at that time I was studying and working in one of the bona fide companies.
so I do not have time to spare.
and now I have graduated from my college.
then yesterday I accidentally saw my friend on Social Media, he has been successful with his efforts. I started chatting with her, she said her success was due to bitcoin.
after that I am more curious and interested to join to bitcoin.
many new things that I have not known here.
Now what should i do as a newbie and howto get bitcoin BTC ?

I hope the members who have long joined here can share his experience.
success for all of us!!

Of course, you can participate in bounty and airdrops. It will bring you some money. But do not forget to build your "foundation" of knowledge about crypto-currencies. What is blockchain? How does he work? than usually different projects? All this will help you to go on in the right direction. I advise you to read this forum a lot and, if possible, respond in it, gaining activity.

I'm trying to use my newbie period to learn maximum before starting to invest some bigger amount of money..

I'll advise you to be patient. Take your time, read, learn and understand because what you invest in yourself now will pay you back latter, for sure.

Also, I believe that everybody has that "I'm too late" feeling, so try to not bother with "what if I invest X yrs ago" kind of questions Smiley

Good luck!

You can learn a lot here as well, but you have a friend who is already successful with the help of Bitcoin, you have a lot to learn from her. Since she once invited you to join her, but you were not available, she might still have time to put you through.
At the same time, you can go through different topics being discussed here in this forum so that you can learn from other people contributions.

First, study the market. You do not need to make a deposit, just watch the top coins for a while, 2-3 weeks, and you will begin to understand how they move, what they react to and then start trading. Good luck.

This is a great thread and I am learning a lot. I think the best thing is to research and find out about the ecosystem and how it works, before jumping into trying to monatize your account.

Since you are newbie,  you can particapte airdrop ang social media campaign so that you can earn money. But dont expect to much because they have a lot of airdrops now are scam. If you want to know more of bitcoin,  search about the word of crypto currency.

I suggest you can start with collect some free airdrop first, you can try some stuff first without investing too much, I personally like Eash-check https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2378605.0, their free airdrop is now open.

Better late than never. Welcome to the roller coaster ride of your life, so far only the strong hands survive.

I respect your opinion but if i take it literally, strong hands doesn't give you guarantee to survive here. Having patience or perseverance, courage to take risks, wit, and time are they key to survive here, IMO too.

You should focus on making your rank higher and try to join many airdrops as you can. After being promoted to jr. member you can start earning altcoins and trade some of it.

I know you are quite a busy man, mate. But try to spare some very precious time in order to read and study about Bitcoin. Watch videos as well. There are many ways to earn Bitcoin. You may start buying little amounts from your savings. Just buy and then store them in a very safe wallet. Once you have some more surplus money or extra savings, add another batch of Bitcoin to it. While it is growing in value, it is also growing in amount. Sooner or later you will be seeing its value reaching high.

i think you are too late to be successful in this bitcoin. you have too long way run to go in his state. and must be double the time she spend because the price of bitcoin now is too huge and its hard to invest because of its price that no more in a month can decrease but if you have patient and courage in this bitcoin. you might become like she.

Learning knowledge and Practicing with a small budget is my advice for you. You can't join into Bitcoin or big altcoins without knowledge. Let begin with cheap coins.
