Hello,
Has everyone mined Skekel?
I cannot sync wallet as well as have a bad result on mining pool.

We are experience a wallet syncing issue, you can fix this by
add the following to your shekel.conf file if you haven't already:

addnode=108.61.119.253:49472
addnode=185.35.67.53:49472
addnode=45.32.214.237:49472
addnode=45.76.45.45:49472

I added this already, but it did not work! So any suggestions?

I suggest posting screenshots, of what you have done...and what the result is, for more accurate help.

Coz it works fine for me.

When I start the wallet from shekel-qt.exe the wallet does not sync. However when I start the wallet from start.bat some form of syncing does occur. I write 'some form' because for hours now the wallet is stuck at 50%. My 1000 JEW have still not arrived in my desktop wallet yet.

What does your shekel.conf look like?

Just going over the basics here, to get that part out of the way. (Although im no techy here. I just know the basics. But if u show that ur basics are definitely done correct, then maybe one of the experts can suggest the next step after that..)

Well, i only have the first 4 addnodes, that you have, in my shekel.conf.

I dont have that top line, or the last addnode. And it works for me somehow.

Apart from that, Hopefully someone who knows their stuff can help ^^"

(I dont know my stuff, but that top line..seems to be 1 continuous string?...if it is...that might be a problem. not sure ^^")

The last node I added on base of the above post.

Again several hours have passed and the sychronizing is still only at 50%. 

I'm closing off for today. Tomorrow new chances.

For those having wallet sync errors: We have done testing and all is working fine if you add nodes. For those still having issues check your debug log: if there is message "connection closed by remote host" means your firewall is on or ports not forwarded. The wallet is functioning 100% just make sure you do add node properly.

I have had same issue, i did a backup wallet.dat and delete everything. After reinstalling shekel and replacing wallet.dat with backup wallet.dat, it started to work for me.

I totally agree with your decision. I'm sorry that you could not get it working. Were working on a new wallet update that will also fix the current issues, but until then you have to add the nodes manually. As much as we'd all love to have you on board, realistically this project is still its early development stage, and anyone expecting a coin with 0 problems should not be investing in it in the first place. I hope that you will keep watch though for when things are more stable

The wallet and chain are online.

Run this to see if there are two processes.
1) launch wallet with command line parameter
2) type: shekel-qt.exe -reindex
3) check if there is already process shekel-tq.exe
4) if so close them all and restart with just 1 process

I totally agree with your decision. I'm sorry that you could not get it working. Were working on a new wallet update that will also fix the current issues, but until then you have to add the nodes manually.
