What is merge mining pool?
Will miners can easilly switch between AON and BSM as their received mining rewards?
Whichever coin they mine, they can config their target received mining rewards?
Do I understand the term of merge mining pool right?

With merged mining you will get both coins rewards. You will get AEON and Bitsum. It means that your hash power is used more efficiently as you get 2 coins with the same hash power. Bitsum has shown its early signal that the team have back to work, or at least they actually have worked hard over the last several months, in which the whole crypto market turned to very bad direction.
Long term down-trend for all altcoins, so it is obviously hard period for BSM.
