From what I understood.. orders will only open 24h before he has stock.. so everyone will need to make a new order when that's announced!

same here. be prepared to "renew the order " one more time when he finally commits himself to accept orders. reading carefully the whole thread again and he nowhere writes that he would send to or respect orders he did not confirmed.
if you did not received a reply with order/miner count confirmation than be prepared to  post again "when instructed to do so"

2) your "order" was before my OP official ASICMINER Block Erupter reseller for Europe, you received NO message that the order is in the first 1000 pieces
---> Do nothing and wait for a PN, ~24h before the official order processing you will get one. You get a small time advantage but you're a beta tester  

3) your "order" was after my OP official ASICMINER Block Erupter reseller for Europe OR you're a new customer:
-> Do nothing, order processing will be announced here.

4) You were a participant of my GB (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=195037.0)
-> Do nothing, more information will follow within 24 hours
