If German law is the same as UK law, then you have a "reasonable" amount time issue the refund. Then again British law is filled with "Reasonable's".

@mastahofdesastah Please give him time as he has to check the goods (it might still be in the pile of received mail).

Im not scared, but i didn read on the website, that it can go up to 30 days, from the date i sent you the mail & package.

At the moment i cant claim, yxt makes a good job. Only this time i didnt get a answer, so i asked here for a ETA.
