Yes I was talking about Cubes, USb miners and blades are in EOL stage

I think tere will be no new products with gen1 chips.
But I don't know as asicminer announce new products when they are ready

These units were only a partial delivery.
And were directly sold out on the day of arrival.


Last news is from 29-11-2013 "rest will be shipped today."
So, should be here by now.

because there are units with loosen heatsink screws and miniblades not seated properly in the upper rails so they are causing undue pressure on the mainboard.

Not sure if from shipping or asicminers QA fault

I would also like to know if you had made any progress on re-stocking the V1.2 H-Boards or V3 M-boards.

I contacted EKWB several times directly in Germany and they know nothing of this. I do understand it is possible for a large corporation to be clueless about what other departments are doing but in today's internet world, photoshop reigns supreme. I would be interested in as many of these as I can get up to 100 of them for my blades.

the watercoolers are real, not photoshoped.
We dont have 100 in stock, only ~30 have to check.
producing 70 more should be no problem, but only prepaid

regarding lost parcels and people waiting for refunds (there are 2 open issues):

I need dhl confirm first that the parcel is lost, and this need time.

I ask dhl, they ask the local mail provider, according to the
world-post contract they have than 30 day to answer the request from dhl,
dhl come back to me...

I am sorry for the delay but there was several people tried to scam us,
claiming they received nothing.
So I will not refund anything before I have it written from DHL that the
parcel is lost.

refund will be 100% (including shipping costs) in the currency you paid,
