Bitcoin itself cannot be hacked but wallets that keep bitcoins can be hacked. However to hack a wallet you have to find the private key of that specific wallet. There is more statistical possibility that you can win the Megamillions lottery in the US several times than there is statistical possibility to find a private key of a wallet that has bitcoins in it.

Of course a bitcoin wallet can be hacked very easily when the user doesn't take any security measures for his PC and let it be infested with virus, spyware and keyloggers.

An exchange is easier to hack due to some inside job, a worker founding exploit there and stealing all bitcoins, that is why you should never leave your bitcoins in an exchange.

For best security a good hardware wallet like Ledger Nano S which supports multicurrency is the best way to store your bitcoins.

Till now I can't hear that any kind of information about Bitcoin. some People do share their password friends or any others people and after do that there shouting my account is already Hacked. if your private key & password don't share any others people Then your account will be always saved from a hacker, And finally, I will say Bitcoin can't be hacked.

I think secure bitcoins can not be hacked, because bitcoin has been using the blockhain system, because the technologie blockchain and the fact that decentralized bitcoins are a big help for transaction security. With such a system it is very safe.  Smiley

I do not see the point of hacking Bitcoin. It's expensive and very difficult. Hacking wallets is another matter. This is a profitable business, that's why hackers are not tired of coming up with new ways of hacking.

Bitcoin can not be hacked, but accounts that have bitcoin like in web coinbase or others can be hacked and of course the bitcoin will just disappear because the hacker has stolen all the bitcoins.

Of course YES, if you are careless with your account where Bitcoin is there then there will be a possibility that your Bitcoin will be hacked by someone specially scammers. That is why you need to keep your private key always and don't give it to someonelse even if that someone is close to you. I think the BTC that you have if it is being havked wull be transferrable to another account.

Bitcoin can't be hacked. But crypto exchanges can be hacked (binance,.......). It's difficult to hack them. But It's possible. Because BTC is really secure, so it can be "coin of future". If bitcoin was hacked easily, the cryto market would be collapsed.

I completely agree. More easier way will be to hack into a Bitcoin exchange. An hack similar to Mt. Gox hack of 2013 will send market into frenzy... The market will respond negatively to the hack and people will start selling their Bitcoins.

I do not think there has been a successful attempt at hacking Bitcoin, because if there has been a successful effort for the past 8 years, we may not see this high Bitcoin price with the ever-increasing number of users.

In this world there is no perfect system including bitcoin. It's just that bitcoin hacking is very difficult. Decentralized technology applied is very safe.

Bitcoin was launched in 2009 as a decentralized digital currency, meaning that it would not be overseen or regulated by any one administrator, like a

government or bank. Peer-to-peer transactions have fueled the rise of the digital currency world, and bitcoin has been at the forefront throughout. The

blockchain is a public ledger used to verify and record these transactions.

I believe that cryptocurrency can be hacked and those wallets and exchangers will be only reliable if most of the people are not having problem on trading, so traders and investors should always choose holder that has a very good level of security in order for them to secure their coins.

in my opinion Bitcoin has a high level of security. The biggest vulnerability in Bitcoin is the mistakes of the users themselves. The necessary private keys can be accidentally deleted, lost or stolen. But this is the task of the customers themselves to take care of the security of their money purses.

I think that with the anonymity and security all the cryptocurrencies possess, these cannot be easily hacked. There are some scammers who might intervene but the users tend to be wise on handling them. Trust that bitcoin is well secured.

Everything in the internet is really vulnerable if you are good enough to penetrate someone's website, even ddos cannot be avoided if the man power is massive. The best thing to do is always ask reliable person where you can place your coins if you are having a hard time to choose, in order to reduce of probability of getting problems in the future.

That is possible most specially in our era wherein we already have advance mechanism that can hack our account. The resposibility rely on us that we can install application that adds security and protection of our wallets. You may try google authenticator that gives us additional password before we can access our account.
