Ethereum will takes place in second position after bitcoin. This is the altcoin with many ico's supprot. The price of ehtereum is increasing nowadays.

Into the next years some altcoins will show what they had camed for, i dont believe ethereum, litecoin are really the coins with potencial to get close at bitcoin value at all, neither replace it, we need something better, wich i believe is already live and working, just waiting for people to notice them. Bitcoin can loose the market cap most worth currencie but the biggest value for sure will keep with it.

The closest in importance to bitcoin - Ethereum! Next in my list are monero, dash , litecoin, ripple, ETC.

For me it is eth. You can convert eth to btc so we can use it. For me ETH and Bitcoin Cash is next to Bitcoin. I also think that it is our job to convert our ETH and Bitcoin Cash or any altcoins that we have before we use it. Bitcoin cash is no different from Bitcoin. There is no point in believing in it. There are more modern altcoyins |

I also think that it is our job to convert our ETH and Bitcoin Cash or any altcoins that we have before we use it. Bitcoin cash is no different from Bitcoin. There is no point in believing in it. There are more modern altcoyins Isn't Bcash exactly or very much like Litecoin? |

Cardano is like Ethereum, but more advanced.
I think it will eventually have a larger market cap than Ethereum, but it may take a while as Ethereum has a huge community.

I guess most of the member here will get answer with the same thought fo sure. And that is none other than Ethreu of course, like bitcoin there are many merchants nowadays are also now accepting Ethereum as mode of payment to their business in some places in the entire world online business. |

Agreeing with the majority, ETH is the next popular to bitcoin, adding the fact that eth is the main trading crypto when it comes to tokens. But there are plenty altcoins that are also keeping up with the two. Undoubtedly ethereum it is the second most popular cryptocurrency with utility.but if you go by price then dash is going to take over bitcoin if bitcoin developer dont make changes in protocol.ethereum hold second position if bitcoin somehow fails eth will take over it,as ethereum blockchain is widely used by plenty of project and there are planning to go pos which will further increase transaction speed.

After the ICO Altcoins come to the exchanges.
So as a newbie can you explain me what is an exchange?
Why there is not only one exchange ?
And also I still cant understand why some coins are not available in some exchanges? Is there any special method when the coins are distributed?
Does it means that each exchange support to specified coins.

in my country, it is ethereum, dogecoin and litecoin. because it is a coin whose price is practically stable from other coins
Those altcoins you had mentioned was the pinoneering coins in this industry, but of course if you are going to observe all of the answer of the member here was Ethereum because they saw that it is really proven and tested and it has many grounds to become capable for ethereum to be next into bitcoin. |

Ethereum will surely next but remember many people speculates for the fork coins of bitcoins that's why you can see that BCC or even Bitcoin Gold are on top coins listed on the cap so no wonder for this coin to be well adopted on future since as reference they will be lured by the fame of bitcoins. But let's grab the monero or the litecoin fame since they are pretty much interesting coins but we cannot tell how the adoption going well on this coins on future around. |

It should be, but there is also BCH has high volume traded recently with higher value than ETH. I hope ETH will grow to first milestone $500 by end of 2017 |

I believe that the etherium to me only have a different price unlike other coins, But the most important advantage of the etherium is that it is used to pay for the broadcast. I think that this is the great potential of ETH. |
