Why BTC is pumping now?

There is no doubt about this, now bitcoin has many enthusiasts and support, in droves people doing investing in it and doing various transactions because it promises a definite profit, in addition to that many countries that legalized bitcoin and other crypto coins.
Just use this situations to have more excited to earn many incomes from bitcoin. And this is not just for bitcoin only I guess, now altcoins also are getting more nice on the developments of the price.

Today, right now BTC just crossed $9400, why its pumping rapidly. Is there another fork coming ahead or any other reason?

There is one that i'm aware of. Super bitcoin in December. Also Bitcoin Diamond already has done their snapshot recently and i heard that there has been a few exchanges that have already started plans of distributing fork coins

However, this pump has nothing to do with forks of bitcoin or whatever.

Bitcoin is just destined to get to $10k this year, at least. Bitcoin's influence in the public's mind has probably quadrupled or more this year, and we're seeing both small scale and institutional investors come in, which they rightfully should.

from what i read in December there will be another fork and in january too, maybe that is why people start to buy and hold their bitcoins to get split for free (CMIIW)

there is no specific reason why. but sometime news is very important reason.
but the most common reason why i think the trust of bitcoin increase and more people put their interest by buying bitcoin and make price rapidly increase.

Bitcoin price pumping is quite common and by now the speculation has made it grow higher and reach bigger value as expected. Hope this uptrend will continue with minor price fluctuations happening in between. I believe the supply has got limited with a large scale demand for the same throughout the year from the beginning.
