My guess is they'll be shipping June 23rd Little Singles for weeks just like they've been doing with the Singles

Well, you're out of luck, because news is they are not giving out refunds now (except for some that used PayPal and are likely under the 45 day guarantee).

If your order is from early summer 2012 you can "refund" it by selling it in here, you should get your money back with some interest. The later the order, less value it has.
If you made a mistake and ordered during 2013, well, you might be out of luck.
