"Complete: Error" withdraw issue with Poloniex

Hello guys, I have recieved the "Complete: Error" message while trying to send emc2 coin from poloniex to bittrex account. Already submit a ticket, but i have read that poloniex support is not a problem solver team.
Is there anyone who have the same problem and know how to solve this issue.
Any advice appreciated, thanks

Poloniex just frozen the BTC/EMC2 exchange. I think it is due to the this withdraw issue. There are lots of people in twitter who got the same problem.

I have the same problem with EMC2. First transaction is ok, but the second is complete error.

I believe this particular pair that you are talking about was just taken off by the poloniex exchange. So maybe this might be the reason that you are unable to send your tokens to bittrex.

Same thing here. The worst part is that they don't even care to explain WTF is going on. Never! Even if they give back my coins, I'm already at a loss.

I bet those suckers froze EMC2 trades & withdrawals because they had already moved the coins elsewhere for arbitrage. When the "real" owners of the coins saw the arbitrage opportunity and tried to withdraw the coins, poloniex couldn't comply because they didn't have enough coins.

Same here my problem was solved. Actually i am abit surprised about poloniex, this time the problem didnot last for a long time.

I also faced this issue with emc2 tokens,poloniex fixed my issue for about 2hrs after i filed the ticket.

not their support solve the problem, system itself confirming transactions automatically when the price gap between 2 exchange disapeared.
I withdraw all my funds from poloniex after that irresponsible action.

I've personally never received a response on any support tickets from Poloniex, so I wouldn't be surprised if the ticket goes unanswered for days. That said, the system is pretty good at resolving conflict issues like this by itself. Typically it will either process a few hours later, or cancel the transaction and recredit your account. If after 48hrs it's still not resolved and support hasn't responded, I'd try calling them (phone number is on the site footer).

You should visit the slack channel if it's still active. There might be people that had/have the same problem.

One other possible reason for this to happen could be because they may want to boycott arbitrage, in this case you could try withdrawing first to your wallet and then to the other exchange.

I still have some ETH there I think I should try to withdraw all of it to my wallet so that I will not get f*** up like this when ETH will be above $1k price range.

Poloniex and bittrex both are acting ridiculously and not taking care of their customers because even after reading negative reviews about them people can't leave them as there is not much option available right now.

Have Already submit a ticket, but nothing happend.

I have read dozens of comments, that some people waiting sometimes over 100 Days for Support Response.
That makes me really sad because all my money got stuck, it is frozen, and i can do nothing.

When the Problem occured the BTC price was 20.000 $, now its fallen to 11.000 $
I can do nothing only to see my hard earned money is frozen in Poloniex withdrawal process.

I hope and pray to god, that someone from Poloniex read this who can help me.

I still have some ethereum in there and my account was getting banned. Polo was fucked up their customers. i move to the binance and just try to get back my ether if i can by the support doesn't give any feedback for me, So many people get fucked up by bittrex and polo. both was doing the same to the customer.
Move to the new exchange become a mandatory in this time.

Stop posting this kind of stupid garbage without knowing the real situation.

The Complete: Error problem is already a known bug in the exchange, and it happens randomly. I assume the developers on Poloniex themselves do not know what is causing it because it hasnt been fixed until now.

myypw, all you can do is contact support and be patient. The same issue happened to me before but I was lucky one of their support people was quick to reply and had the issue fixed in one hour. But be warned, the error will keep repeating itself.
